ahh adoptables are character designs ; v ;
the owner of an adoptable has the right to use it as an original character; give it a name, backstory etc.

an adoptable is when someone makes an oc/new character, and they sell it for points or paypal.
people adopt them because some people cant think up of a character that fits what they need or they just really like it.
there can be palette adopts, customs,kemonomimi, etc.

if you need more info just ask.
